I have been meaning to drop you a note and tell you how great the Touareg is, I love it. No doubt this is the most enjoyable car to drive that I have ever had! I also get a real kick out of the looks it gets.
The entire process was one that was incredibly smooth. From my initial contact via e-mail saying I wanted to set up the appointment. I had done my homework and pretty much knew I was interested in the Eos and what my trade was worth. You were accomodating getting me set up with Franck. Franck was incredibly helpful, VERY knowledegable about VWs and very laid-back - (not your traditional car salesman pressure). Franck was enjoyable from the test-drive and discussing all the negotiations. Franck had several deals going on on Friday (lucky him!) and still made me feel very important. He set everything up so that I had to spend minimal time at the dealership doing paperwork, etc. I also really appreciated that the initial #'s pulled together by Paul Nielsen was a fair offer and one that didn't require me to play alot of games. Once we got into the biz office - Troy made the whole thing smooth and fast - and we wrapped everything up in 20 minutes.
I had originally done the "Build your own VW" online and had been directed to Baron VW (thinking I was trading an X5 I had bought and serviced from them - I thought they'd pay good attention to me and give me good $ for my
trade) - but I NEVER heard from them at all. I realize the Eos is a very hot vehicle right now and they are selling themselves - but noone contacted me at all. Molle was a great choice - you are closer to my office so I think that will be easier for service etc. and I couldn't be more pleased with the process. I've told several friends this weekend who LOVED the Eos to go to Molle and ask for Franck.
I look forward to my continuing service with Molle to be as absolutely pleasant as my buying experience.

I am not sure if you remember me or not but I bought a 2007 4dr VW GTI from you back in Sept '06. (I had the green/Black BMW Motorcycle). I absolutely love the car!

My v-dub is awesome. I love it. It has all the right options and the silver is much lower maintenance than the black.
10's across the board. Franck, I just talked to VW and gave you all 10's. Thought you would want to know!
