n. 1. a creative, on the edge, VW brand specialist, focused on gaining customer loyalty and building lasting relationships. 2. Biography:
The brochure laying on the table of the school library said "Spend One Year in the United States of America." That was in France in 1987. After graduating High School and College with a degree in business management from Washburn University in Topeka, I married my wife and became a US citizen in 2000. Why Volkswagen car sales? I love those cars!

I didn't always help people buy cars. Being bilingual in French and Spanish I started out doing International Customer Service, then Business Analysis and later IT Project Management. I also like designing websites and am writing a movie script that one day I'll finish (only five years in the making). VWs have always been a passion of mine and so in May of '06 I decided to try making a living with it.

Philosophy:

I establish long term relationships with everyone.
